Notice to category C, C1, EC, EC1,D1 and E test applicants – Seatbelts and Head Restraints

From Monday 28th March 2011 all vehicles presenting for a practical driving test in categories C, C1, EC, EC1 and D1 will be required to have a front passenger seatbelt and head restraint fitted.
